Why are there no discounts or offers always?
We believe in offering our customers with the best rates and quality, hence the prices offered to you are very reasonable and take cares of the bear minimum mark ups on them. We have a fair discounting and sale offer policy for our customer.

Do you have COD facility ?
No, we don’t offer our products on COD basis currently.

What if we have got a defective or damaged products ?
We expect one to undertake a unboxing video of the parcel received in order to comply with a request for a damaged product return as without the same exchange of the product will be difficult. Incase of defective product a video or photo can be shared with us on email. What is the time line for getting delivery of products ordered ?
The processing times for regular orders is currently 3-5 days for readymade products and 7-8 days for curtains and customized products. Delivery time depends on the location, the south zone takes about 3-4 days and the North zone takes about 7-10 days.
